Yoga Inspired Morning Movement
Since I won't be officially Yoga Teacher trained by the date of the conference - this is yoga adjacent… it’s a recovery funshop 🧘✨
Because let’s be honest—hotel beds, late nights, and dancing your heart out are a combo. This daily yoga session is your chance to reset, stretch it out, and get your body back on your team so you can keep saying yes to the fun.
We’ll focus on:
✨ Loosening up stiff backs, hips, and necks
✨ Gentle stretches that actually feel good (not punishing)
✨ Breath + movement to wake you up without wrecking you
✨ Grounding your body so you can play more later
Come as you are—pajamas, messy hair, sleepy vibes, babies on a hip, toddlers in tow, kids, teens, in-betweens, and of course parents and grandparents; all welcome. This is low-pressure, high-reward movement designed to meet you exactly where you’re at each morning.

No experience needed. No expectations. Just show up, roll around a little, and reclaim your body before the next round of fun.
(Bring a mat or a towel and any props you like: bolsters, blocks, etc. I'll bring all my mats, blocks, props and many devices for rolling out and myofascial release)
